Delivery Information

1. Who we use

DGM takes every effort to supply each and every customer with a prompt and efficient delivery service and over the past 12 years our systems have evolved massively in line with our company's growth to ensure this happens.

All our parcels are delivered by DPD and Royal Mail who have an exceptionally and consistently high success rate for our deliveries and problems are very rare. In recognition of this, we have great deal of faith in their ability to ensure our customers orders arrive on time and in excellent condition. The delivery company that we use will depend on the size, weight and value of your order and the address to which you are having it delivered.

Our despatch system has been integrated with DPD, which now means that the whole process from the point of ordering to the point of delivery is streamlined and informative. By having such accurate and detailed information available to base any investigations on, we are able to quickly and effectively resolve any queries.

When you've placed your order, please check your emails and SMS for further confirmations. Once we have confirmed despatch please make arrangements to be available for the delivery to prevent delays. We will always aim to meet your Delivery Date but this is dependent on successful authorization of payment and stock availability. In the rare event of a delay, we will contact you by email and SMS before your Delivery Date.

The price for each delivery service is indicated by the shipping icon next to the product and will be displayed as a list of options at the point of ordering. You then have the option to view each service type and select the one you require.

2. Delivery Conditions

We will deliver the goods that you order to your registered address when you place your order. We deliver throughout the UK mainland, and the majority of orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Ruislip, London. We also have a network of suppliers that can ship certain items to you directly.

Packages cannot be left unsigned for or with a neighbour due to the nature and value of the items DGM sell and security of your delivery.

UK mainland excludes Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Free shipping may not be applicable for certain marketing/promotional activities.

3. What do I do if I have not received my delivery?

For Royal Mail deliveries – please use our Online Tracking System, there is currently no tracking service available for Royal Mail deliveries but please note that they can take up to 5 – 10 calendar days. If you have not received your parcel within this time please contact us.

For DPD deliveries – please use our Online Tracking System or simply visit the DPD www.dpd.co.uk website

  • Follow the online instructions of 'Expecting a Parcel'
  • Enter the information supplied within your despatch notification email sent from DGM
  • You will now see all the tracking information relating to your parcel

· Alternatively, you may prefer to contact DPD on 0844 824 0505.

4. Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

· Only suitable for in-stock items (items 1-2 or up to 5-10 days availability will be shipped via post, once the stock is available).

  • Subject to payment clearance.

· Products with a value less than £30 and weight less than 250g are only shippable via this method.

· For all orders placed before 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over a weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed the following Monday.

· Items will be delivered by Royal Mail at your normal post delivery times.

· A signature will not be required.

· There is no track and trace available on this delivery option.

· Please allow 10 days for arrival of your goods. Should your goods not arrive in this time frame please contact Customer Service.

3 Day Delivery

· 3 (working) day delivery on in-stock items (items on 1-2 or up to 5-10 days availability will be shipped on a 3 day service once stock is available).

  • Subject to payment clearance.

· For all orders placed before 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over a weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed the following Monday.

· Items will be delivered by DPD between 7.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

· Someone must be available to take receipt of the goods on any of the 3 days the delivery may take place. A signature will be required.

· Track and trace available on this delivery option

· Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged. A claim may not be valid without the appropriate identification being made on the proof of delivery; all queries must be reported to Customer Service immediately.
